The problem
Every non-stick coating has an expiration date
"Green", ceramic, hybrid coatings: they all wear down just same way. A year or two of cooking and the surface scratches. Food starts sticking. Tiny flakes come off.
You either replace the pan, or the pan ends up in your dinner.

So how is Everpan different?
Most non-stick pans are metal with a soft coating on top. That coating wears out. That's why the pan stops working.
Everpan has no coating. The cooking surface is titanium, and it’s 4 times harder than steel.
A little oil, that's it
Everpan is almost as non-stick as a chemical coating, but not quite. Let it heat up and add a little oil. The hot oil forms a thin film across the titanium, and food slides right off.
So how does it cook?
The performance of stainless. The sear of cast iron. The ease of non-stick. Because under the titanium sits a 3-ply core.

There's no perfect pan. But there's one that comes close.
Uncoated. Without the learning curve.
Carbon steel asks you to season it. Stainless asks you to master heat control. Everpan asks for a little oil and a preheat, that's it. Acid, dishwasher, beginner cook none of it's a problem.
Cooks better
Most non-stick pans can't sear properly because the coating burns above 260°C. Everpan has no coating, so you can rip a steak at full heat, deglaze with wine, then finish it in the oven, all in the same pan.
Works on every cooktop including induction, oven-safe to 320°C.

When will my Everpan ship?
All rewards will be shipped December 2026.
What happens when your Kickstarter campaign is not successful?
Our last six Kickstarter campaigns have been a smash hit. Should this one not reach it's funding goal, creditcards are not charged.
Is there PFAS in your pans?
No! No PFAS, no plastics, and no coatings. Our pans don't have a top layer that can detach from the pan and end up in your food.
When will Everpan be available in your webshop?
Everpan will be available through our webshop and store locations in the Netherlands after all Kickstarter orders are shipped. This means around the end of 2026. The pans will be available at the full retail price.
Are your pans just as non-stick as Teflon/PFAS?
They are not. Teflon is the non-stickiest (is that a word?) material known to man. Our pans are naturally non-stick, you'll still need to add a little oil to make sure food doesn't stick.
That being said, our pans last forever, cook better and contain no chemicals at all.
How do I clean your pans?
Easy! Just pop them in the dishwasher, or rinse them in the sink. Anything goes.
The titanium surface is rust-proof and the stainless outside and handle as well.
Can I use metal utensils in the pan?
Yup, because there is no coating on the top of the pan, there is also no layer to damage. The surface of the pan is simply titanium. Feel free to use metal utensils!
How can your pans be non-stick without any plastic coatings?
The secret is the titanium surface. The microscopic surface roughness in combination with a little oil, create a thin film between your food and the pans surface. This is what gives it its non-stick properties. Because it's based on physics and not chemistry, this effect lasts a lifetime.
Can I cook in your pans without oil?
We don't recommend that. A very small amount of oil or butter is required to get our pans to work optimally.
Do you offer warranty?
We do! We offer a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects on all of our products.

How we got here
Non-stick is the biggest category in cookware. 6 Years ago we started BARE cookware with an ambitious plan. We wanted to banish coated cookware from every kitchen, hence the name BARE. We were never big enough to tackle that challenge. Now we are. This is the big one we've been working towards. Everpan is our answer to an industry built on disposable cookware.
