Everpan is made to last without fuss. No coating to protect, no seasoning, no special tools. This page covers the few habits that help, what to do with stuck-on food and marks, and exactly what our lifetime warranty covers.

Now and then
Stuck-on food and marks
Burnt-on bits
Soak the pan in warm water for 15 minutes, or bring a little water to the boil in it. Then scrub with a non-scratch scourer. Steel wool works too, but can leave fine scratches.
White spots
Usually limescale from hard water. Wipe with a splash of vinegar, then rinse.
Colours and loss of shine
High heat can leave a golden or rainbow tint, and the shine fades with use. This is patina. It does not change how the pan cooks.
Food sticking more than before? Check your preheat first. A pan that is not hot enough, or too little oil, is almost always the cause.
