Is it as non-stick as Teflon?
Honestly? Not quite. Teflon is the slipperiest material known to man, the first couple months. Everpan needs a preheat and a little oil, and then food slides right off. The difference: Teflon wears out. Everpan's titanium surface is physics, not chemistry, so it works the same on day 3,000 as on day one.
Will the titanium surface wear off like a coating?
No. There's no soft layer to wear through. The titanium is bonded to the pan and is 4x harder than stainless steel. Metal utensils, steel wool, the dishwasher, none of it damages the surface. That's the whole point of Everpan.
Is there any PFAS in Everpan?
No. PFAS can be present in non-stick coatings, not in metal. Everpan has no non-stick coating and is 100% made of metals. Everpan is tested for food safety and compliant with GB 4806.9-2023.
What cooktops does it work on?
All of them. Induction (it's optimized for it), gas, electric, ceramic. It's also oven-safe to 320°C and BBQ-proof, because there's no plastic coating with a temperature limit. Sear on the hob, finish in the oven, same pan.
How do I clean it? Does it need seasoning like carbon steel?
No seasoning, no babying. Rinse it in the sink or throw it in the dishwasher. The titanium surface and stainless body are rust-proof. This is carbon steel performance without the carbon steel chores.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects, like on all our products. There's no coating to expire, so there's no reason this shouldn't be the last frying pan you buy.
