Everpan care and warranty

Two pairs of hands holding Everpan in a kitchen

Everpan is made to last without fuss. No coating to protect, no seasoning, no special tools. This page covers the few habits that help, what to do with stuck-on food and marks, and exactly what our lifetime warranty covers.

Every day

Cooking and cleaning

1

Preheat, then a little oil

Two minutes on medium heat, then a teaspoon of oil. This is the main thing that stops food from sticking.

2

Use any utensil

Metal spatulas, whisks and tongs are fine. The titanium surface is harder than stainless steel.

3

Let it cool a little

Let a very hot pan cool for a moment before you rinse it. A sudden cold shock is hard on any multi-layer pan.

4

Wash up

Warm water and washing-up liquid, or the dishwasher. Both are fine. No need to dry it straight away: titanium and stainless steel don't rust easily.

Now and then

Stuck-on food and marks

Burnt-on bits

Soak the pan in warm water for 15 minutes, or bring a little water to the boil in it. Then scrub with a non-scratch scourer. Steel wool works too, but can leave fine scratches.

White spots

Usually limescale from hard water. Wipe with a splash of vinegar, then rinse.

Colours and loss of shine

High heat can leave a golden or rainbow tint, and the shine fades with use. This is patina. It does not change how the pan cooks.

Food sticking more than before? Check your preheat first. A pan that is not hot enough, or too little oil, is almost always the cause.

Manufacturing defects. Wear-through of the titanium surface. Use with metal utensils, the dishwasher, high heat and searing, and acidic foods.

Not covered
