Refund policy

You have 60 days after receiving your order to return it, for any reason. You don't need to tell us why.

How to return

Email us at info@barecookware.com with your order number and what you want to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before you send anything back, so we can match your return to your order.

Condition of the item

You can unpack and check your item the way you would in a shop. Please send it back with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. If the item shows use beyond what's needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Return shipping

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, we cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label if needed.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right. Our products also come with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing and material defects. See our terms and conditions for what it covers.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalised items made to your request can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Not sure about your item? Just ask.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange a product for you, please contact us at info@barecookware.com with your order number and which items you would like to exchange.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and checked your return. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days after that, and never later than 14 days after you told us you want to return your order. We include the original standard delivery cost. We may wait with the refund until the item is back with us.

Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund. If it has been more than 10 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@barecookware.com.
