If it breaks, you get a new one
Is your BARE product broken because of a manufacturing or material defect? Then we send you a new one, free of charge. For as long as you own it.
Good to know
What the warranty does not cover
Our products are made to be used, and use leaves marks. That is normal and not a defect. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear from use, like dull knives, scratches and rust.
- Damage from misuse or poor care.
- Damage from changing or taking apart the product.
Not sure if your case is covered? Just ask. We would rather look at it with you than say no too quickly.
Making a claim
How to make a claim
Send us an email with:
- Your order number, if you have one.
- A few photos of the defect.
- A short note on what went wrong.
We check your claim and get back to you with the next steps.
