I need to completely restore the knife edge.

Sharpening rods are perfect for touch-ups. If you regularly sharpen your knife on a rod, you'll be able to keep your knives sharp for a very long time. However, for extremely dull knives or damaged edge, we recommend professional sharpening.

I already have a sharpening solution

Great! Our ceramic sharpener excels in quick touch-ups. If you use our rod every now and then you'll notice you can go much longer in between sharpening sessions.

I'm afraid of hurting myself

No worries! Our sharpening rod is super easy to use. Put the tip of the sharpening rod on your cutting board, put your knife on the angle guide and slowly move the knife down, away from you. This way there is no risk of cutting yourself!
