How does the magnet block work

Each side of the magnet block is magnetic. Just stick a knife on it and grab it when you need it.

How do I clean the block?

Easy! In stead of slots that fill up with grime, our magnet block can be easily cleaned. Just wipe it down with a moist cloth.

How many knives does the block hold?

Well how big are your knives? This magnet block comfortably holds 8 chef's knives or about 16 paring knives. It's safe to say any 7-piece knife set should fit.

Does the block need to be oiled?

With normal use oiling is not necessary. That being said, oiling wood never hurts and brings out the best in any wood. You can find out more on the subject in our learning section.

This knife block is fantastic! I got the full set of knives and a block for my fiance for Valentine's Day and I can honestly say these knives are the best knives I have ever used. Even after several months of heavy use all they require is a pass with a honing steel and washing and drying immediately after using. If you are reading this trying to decide if these are worth it the answer is yes. Yes they are. The knife block holds all seven knives along with my honing steel along with five steak knives which will shortly be replaced by the steak knives BARE is releasing. A+ product guys, thank you.

The block is really strong and freaking awesome. It helps you display your knives in the kitchen (or if you are daring put them on the coffee table for a real conversation starter). And if you are lucky/smart enough to buy the entire knive set also well then you have a little smile on your face everytime you walk into the kitchen.
