Overal very pleased with the knife 4.5/5 for me.
Especially the pattern is realy appealing and does its job nicely to keep the vegetables from sticking to the blade.
The thickness of the knife means that large and harder vegetables like big carrots and sweet potato can be a bit awkward to cut, but its generally not an issue. This is also to be expected from a strong chefs knife like this one and can be a personal preference.
Edge so far is holding very nicely and am very pleased with it. I am in line for the next edition!
